Welcome to SFD. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users, including dealers, service providers and customers.
2.Services Provided
SFD provides an online platform for advertising vehicles, automotive parts and related services. SFD acts as a marketplace and advertising hub: we do not own or sell vehicles or parts listed by third-party dealers.
All listing, advertisements and offers are the sole responsibility of the advertiser.
3. Dealer & Advertiser Responsibilities
Dealers and advertisers must provide accurate, truthful and lawful information in their listings. Any fraudulent, misleading or prohibited content will result in immediate removal without refund. Dealers are responsible for ensuring that advertised products/services comply with all applicable laws
4. Buyer & User Responsibilities
Buyers are encouraged to verify the authenticity of any listing before making payment or entering into agreements. SFD is not responsible for disputes, transactions or agreements made between user and dealers.
5.Payment & Fees
Advertising fees and promotional packages (if applicable) must be paid in advance. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6.Limitation of Liability
SFD is not liable for any loss, damages or disputes arising from transactions between buyers, dealers or third parties.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties regarding listings, accuracy or availability.
7.Intellectual Property
All content, branding and design elements of SFD belong to the company and may not be copied or used without permission.
Advertisers retain rights to their own images, text and listings but grant SFD the right to display them fot promotional purposes.
8.Termination of Use
SFD reserves the right to suspend or remove any user, dealer or listing that violates these Terms & Conditions
9. Changes to Terms
SFD may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updates terms.
